Diversant, Inc’s Payroll Services are used for workers who have been identified by the client company to begin work for a special project or to fill a position and no recruiting is required. For these situations, Diversant, Inc will payroll the worker and provide the employee with benefits and a weekly paycheck instead of the client being burdened with that responsibility. Diversant, Inc will charge the client a markup significantly less than what the client would pay for a recruited candidate. The payrolling rate would cover the wages, statutory taxes and the operating expenses for the candidate(s).
